These fans are designed to entrain the air with reduced dust content (max 50mg/m3) flue gas as well as neutral gas. They are made as „D direct driving” (the fan rotor is direct set on the motor shaft) to entrain the air, up to 75ºC, according to the let in limits by stress on the motor shaft end or driving by „C couplings” for heavy rotors ( with diameters over Ø 710, usually) as well as for temperatures over 75ºC. The fans driven by riggers are usually made for max 80ºC cold gas as well as special construction fans to entrain the max 350ºC hot gas according to the client’s order. They can be made from stainless steel for corrosive medium as well as to entrain the explosive medium (such as: 2A, 2B, 2C flue gas sorts). Flow=200÷160000 m3/hr, Pressure=44÷158 mmwg.


V40 – Fans with high flowrates and middle/low pressures
These fans are designed to entrain the air with reduced dust content (max 50mg/m3) flue gas as well as neutral gas. They are made as „D direct driving” (the fan rotor is direct set on the motor shaft) to entrain the air, up to 75ºC, according to the let in limits by stress on the motor shaft end or driving by „C couplings” for heavy rotors ( with diameters over Ø 710, usually) as well as for temperatures over 75ºC. They can also be made and driven by „R belt” riggers. As a rule, the fans driven by riggers are made to entrain hot gas of max 350ºC according to the client’s order. Obviously, they can be made from stainless steel for corrosive medium as well as to entrain the explosive medium (such as 2A, 2B, 2C flue gas sorts). Flow=500÷60000 m3/hr, Pressure=38÷180 mmwg.

V20T – Fans with middle flowrates and pressures
These fans are designed to heavy pneumatic transport for: wood shavings, chopped corn pieces, plastic granules, wooden chips with max 30mm diameter of 50÷200 g/m3 concentrations. They are made by „R belts” rigger driving or driving by „C couplings”. The fans with rigger driving are usually made for cold gas of Tmax 80ºC but they can also be made as special contruction fans to entrain the max 350ºC hot gas, according to the clint’s order. Flow=500÷630000 m3/hr, Pressure=212÷1000 mmwg.

V432,V433 – Gutter Fans
The gutter fans V432 and V433 are fans with low flows and great pressures, designed for heavy transportation of air melted with cement flour through the gutters of the cement factories. From the silos, the grounded cement flour falls on pneumatic gutters which transports it in the bunkers of the floor pumps, with aid of multiple air flows produced by a fan, in order to be burned in ovens for being thus transformed into cement.
